This event is perfect for anyone who loves warm tones, natural textures, and striking patterns and wants to bring those elements into their home.
As part of the workshop, you’ll create your own mood board to illustrate your interior vision. Explore how to use colours, materials, and patterns to create spaces that feel stylish, cosy, and full of character. Using a range of inspiring materials such as magazines, paint samples, and fabric swatches, you’ll bring your ideas to life and leave with a clear plan for your design. The workshop will run at Uneeka Home, City Road, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 2JL.
Includes a delicious salad box lunch, followed by cake and drink from Café Uneeka to keep you refreshed and inspired throughout the session. All materials provided.

Lampshade Making Workshop
Join us at uneeka.home for a practical workshop where you will make your own 30cm drum lampshade. Following the tuition of Hayley from Lilyboo, you'll create your very own lampshade, that can be used as a ceiling lamp or for a lampstand. Choose from our available fabrics* or if you already have something in mind you're welcome to bring your own, ideally 1/2 meter. An optional discounted lunch at cafe.uneeka following your workshop will be included.
* An additional £5 charge may occur depending on the chosen fabric.
All kit and tools will be provided, however, to get into the tricky places it is helpful if you have a plastic loyalty card (a great tip from Hayley). The workshop will be approximately 2.5 hours, no previous experience is necessary. There are 10 spaces available for this workshop.
When and where? Saturday 5th April, 10:00 am - 12:30 pm at uneeka.home, Princess Chula House, City Road, TR1 2JL.
Please Note: parking isn't available at the store but the local pay and display car park on City Road is a short walk away.

Looking for a Warm and Inviting Space for Your Next Event?
Café.uneeka, located above our Truro store in Boscawen Street, is the perfect venue for your next private function, event, or workshop. Accommodating up to 30 guests, we offer a cosy and welcoming space with delicious small plates, drinks, and sweet treats. As a fully licensed venue, we can tailor your event to your specific needs. Available to book on Saturday and Sunday evenings.

- a Festive Wreath Making workshop where ticketholders have created their own Christmas Wreath with locally sourced seasonal winter foliage.
- an Interior Design Workshop with our in-house Designer, Charlotte. Ticketholders have created their own mood boards with Charlotte's guidance.
- several Yoga Brunches alongside Yoga & Pilates Truro
- a Palentine's crafting evening where we invited all to bring a craft and let their creativity flow whilst great company!
