We believe that shopping with a small independent like ourselves should come with the perk of excellent customer service. Any issues with your order before dispatch and our team will contact you as soon as possible via email or over the phone.
We use several courier services to ship our products; the courier we use for your order is dependent upon the size and weight of the parcel. These include and are not limited to: Royal Mail, Fedex, DPD & Palletforce as well as local delivery in our Uneeka van, this service is limited to Cornwall. Royal Mail, Fedex and DPD orders will all be dispatched and a tracking number will be sent via email to the email attached to the order.

Lifestyle
All deliveries will be packed on site with care and attention, and sent via Royal Mail or Fedex on a 3-5 weekday service. If you require faster shipping then please give us a call on 01872 888533. We reuse & recycle packaging wherever possible. Some larger lifestyle products e.g large amounts of crockery and glassware will be sent via DPD due to the weight of the parcel.
Furniture
Small furniture items and more delicate homewares such as bedside tables, small mirrors, large crockery orders and art prints will be sent via DPD. They operate on a next day collection service from our store locations.
Please be aware that although we will make every effort to adhere to the time scales set above, there may currently be slight delays to your delivery. We will always keep you and your parcel, as safe as we can.

Large Furniture
Some of our larger items of furniture will need to be sent via Pallet service. We have a strong relationship with our local pallet company, Westfields Transport and we would choose to use a pallet over Parcelforce because of the fragility or weight of the item. Once the pallets have been collected from us, Westfield Transport will deliver to your local depot and your local depot should be in contact with you in the following few days to arrange a delivery time/day with you and make sure you're around to receive your order.
Please let us know if your address has any vehicle size restrictions as when the pallet is delivered it will be delivered via a pallet truck. The pallet will be dropped as close to your property as possible using a pallet truck. You will then be responsible for getting rid of the pallet (a used pallet has some value and people will usually collect it for free if you choose to put it on a market place or similar).

Made to Order Sofas
Most of our Sofa & Armchairs are provided either by Swyft or by Paulus & Brown. The delivery times for these items will vary.
Swyft - Our availability on Swyft sofas correspond to what Swyft have available on their website. We will always have a couple of Swyft lines in our showroom on City Road, Truro but these are limited to about 3-4 lines at most.
How does it work?
If you choose to place your order with us, we contact Swyft and place the order for you. Once we have had a response we will be contact with you to give you an update on the expected delivery time for your order and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your order.
Paulus & Brown - We offer a bespoke Made to Order service working alongside Paulus & Brown that allows you to design your own sofa with no compromise on quality, comfort or style.
How does it work?

International Shipping
Currently, our online store only supports shipping to UK mainland postcodes. However, we may be able to send small parcel orders overseas or to non-mainland UK addresses.
