We will not pass on such data to third parties save where this is necessary in connection with the performance by us of our contract with you, to arrange delivery outside of our personal delivery service or as otherwise authorised by you. If you make a purchase through our website, or in store and the product needs to be ordered, we will collect the following data about you: name, address, telephone number and email address. This will be solely to process your purchase. We may use this information to update you about Uneeka or send you offers and information, but this will only apply if consent has been given.

When you create a shopping account online you will be given the option to receive information from Uneeka.com by e-mail. This will be about products, promotions or special offers that we feel may be of interest to you. In the event that you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, ensure that you tick or un-tick the appropriate box as you go through the registration process. You may unsubscribe from our contact list at any time, simply reply to any promotional e-mail and put "unsubscribe" in the subject field.

We will not be held responsible or liable for your use of any other websites or services which you may find via links or adverts within this website. We have no control of these websites or services. Their inclusion on our website does not constitute an endorsement by or an affiliation to Uneeka.com. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions of any site you access via links. 

Delivery

In order to fulfil your online orders, we do work with third parties. This will be solely for delivery purposes only. Any local orders may be delivered by us direct, yet most will be delivered by Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD. On occasion, products may be drop shipped directly from our suppliers. If we have to send your order on a pallet then Westfield Transport is our courier of choice. All of these have been checked and are in compliance of the new GDPR regulations.

Payments

To process payments we are currently using PayPal. You can follow the link to view their privacy Policy. Only information needed to complete payment will be sent to paypal

Marketing

As a data processor they will use any personal data collected by us the data controller to send newsletters as and when we create them. They will ever use your information for anything other than this and your personal data will not be used unless we choose to use it. If you have consented to receiving newsletters, we will only ever use your personal data for such reasons. You can unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link within the newsletter.  
Uneeka.com requires all such third parties to treat your personal information as confidential and to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection.
 

7. Storing your personal data

By providing us with your personal data, you agree to us storing and processing these details. We will always ensure every effort is made to keep your data secure and all steps are taken to ensure this. Unfortunately sending information via the internet cannot always be totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
