Harth Solstice Hot Chocolate

Rich and delicious this Swiss-style luxurious hot chocolate made with organic cocoa has been blended with a perfect mix of winter spices. To be stirred slowly and enjoyed!

Makes approx. 15 cups. The perfect cup combines 237ml of milk in a saucepan and 2 x 40g heaped tablespoons of this mix. Whisk until smooth, heat gently until boiling, stirring often to prevent sticking. 

Harth Chocolate is a micro-batch, ethical chocolate company, born in the hills of Somerset and inspired by their love of open spaces. Their chocolate is made using organically certified cocoa, sugar and natural ingredients and their packaging is plastic free, recyclable, reusable or compostable. They aspire to work more closely with sustainable growers, direct sourcing the best beans at the fairest price.  

Their chocolate is handmade in small batches in a workshop on the edge of Bath, Harth draw inspiration from the environment and nature. Their flavours are drawn from winter rituals, camp fires and the hedgerows.
