Felt Harvey the Gardening Hare

Harvey the Gardening Hare has had a bountiful harvest this year! His wet felted overalls have been handstitched to his body to keep him nice and clean and his wet felted ears have been handstitched to his head. A bushel of delicious looking carrots and a gardening fork complete his harvest look. Gordon is made from 100% sustainable New Zealand wool and is completely plastic free.

Our supplier visits their overseas team three times a year to ensure that the working conditions and terms of employment are maintained to a high standard. Their ethos has always been to produce high quality, ethically produced, sustainable products. All their products are made from sheep wool. Natural wool felt is a natural and sustainable material. Its manufacturing process has a very low environmental impact and a long life cycle especially when compared to other man-made or natural fibers. The finish products from this supplier are all hand crafted using traditional needle felting and wet felting techniques.
