Denmark Round Armchair

This beautifully classic armchair has been handcrafted through traditional techniques from sungkai wood, which is one of the more famous timber from Indonesia. Sungkai wood is often used for a variety of indoor furniture, and a perfect wood due to its ease to be worked and processed into a variety of sleek and beautiful shapes.

This armchair is a replica of the original "Round" chair, which was a previous model to the renowned "Wishbone" chair. It represents Wegner's design philosophy of "continuous purification... to cut down to the simplest possible elements of four legs, a seat and a combined top rail and armrest." 

All pieces have been hand crafted with traditional techniques, so individual products may vary.
