Join us upstairs in Café Uneeka for our new monthly Book Club. Enjoy an evening of conversation, creativity and connection as we discuss our first read, In Memoriam by Alice Winn. Please note that this discussion will include spoilers, so we recommend finishing the book before attending!

This event is in high demand, so to reserve your place, we ask for a £3 ticket, which is fully redeemable against drink or cake purchases in the café during the event.

We will also be serving a hot food option for this evening - our classic uneeka dahl with chickpeas, spinach and coconut, served with warm pitta.

Please pre-order below and let us know of any special dietary requirements or allergens as a note at checkout.  We can cater for most requirements, however please contact us before the event if you have any questions.  The hot food ticket includes the meal as well as the £3 deposit - which can still be redeemed as stated above. Please note: Your £3 booking deposit secures your place at the event and is fully redeemable in our café on the evening. A selection of coffee, cakes and alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase from a limited menu.

Spaces are limited to 25 guests. If you can no longer attend, please let us know at least one week before the event. This allows us to offer your place to someone on our waiting list who has also read the book.

You may transfer your booking to the next Book Club event, provided you give us at least one week's notice. Bookings can only be transferred once per ticket. If you are unable to attend the new date, your booking will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. Unfortunately, cancellations or transfer requests made less than one week before the event are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

If your plans change after the one-week notice period, we would still appreciate you letting us know if you're unable to attend. Although we may not be able to fill your place at short notice, knowing our final numbers helps us prepare the right amount of food and minimise waste.

We now have a waiting list option available for when we are fully booked. If you are interested or have read the book before and would like to attend then feel free to purchase a free space on the waiting list and if a space becomes available we will be in touch with more information.
