As members of the World Fair Trade Organisation, the producer of this product is part of a network of organisations working together to empower artisan communities. They collaborate with nearly 100 groups of disadvantaged women and artisans from rural and semi-urban areas of India, aiming to strengthen skills, expand market opportunities, and prevent marginalisation and exploitation.

This fabric is made from genuine sari material, sourced from off-cuts, remnants, and surplus stock from the textile and clothing industries. Available in assorted designs.

Hogla is a type of seagrass native to the wetlands of Bangladesh. Naturally abundant and requiring no cultivation, it has long been used to create both practical and decorative homewares.
