Earthy, warm and woody with a sweet undertone, frankincense reduces feelings of anxiety and lifts the spirits. And the juniper brings balance and relaxation. A mix of fresh and crisp, woody and spicy, it has detoxifying properties that cleanse and purify, leaving you calm, grounded and inspired. As well as black pepper to enhance the senses and brings a sense of clarity that can aid focus and motivation. The grapefruit essential oil is zesty and uplifting bringing a high-top note to the blend.
