Great Tern Bird Framed Art Print

This Great Tern bird has an pale grey overall with a black cap and is captured mid flight in this exquisite print. The original image dates back to the 18th century and has been digitally restored to its former glory.

Birds have a high visibility in nature and a marvellous aesthetic appeal making them a beloved subject to study both by professionals and amateurs. Many naturalists and painters have been drawing birds non better than the American ornithologist, naturalist and painter John James Audubon with his work The Birds of America. 

Printed with Japanese archival ink on a matte Hahnemühle paper in our own studio in rural Copenhagen, Denmark.
