Palmengarten, Frankfurt, Framed Print
This wonderful photography print brings you to where you want to be. The original image is taken of the wonderful Palmengarten, in Frankfurt Germany, which is dating back to 1890's. This is the main botanical garden of three which are located in Frankfurt, built in 1869, the largest of its kind found in Europe. It exhibits large number of subtropical palms, tree ferns, and other broad-leaved plants, which produce a subtropical paradise. Pictured here is a highlight of the tropical underwater world, with the stream that cascades down the hill shaped structures, into a passageway.
It's created using the photocrom printing processes which allow for the restoration of vintage archives, adding and enhancing its colours. This print has been lightly digitally restored through this process. The scratches and holes removed and colours expanded, which creates a beautifully finished print.
Printed with Japanese archival ink on a matte Hahnemühle paper which gives a more classic look. The bespoke natural oak frame is of the highest quality and comes complete with styrene glass to protect your print. Perfect for all posters, these beautiful solid frames let your art take centre stage and serve well in any home décor.
